We collect only what you type into the form: your name, mailing address, your former employer's name and address, your state, dates related to your employment, wage details, and any additional notes you choose to add. You may optionally provide an email address so we can send you a copy of your letter.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see, collect, or store your card number or other payment credentials.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used solely to:
- Generate your customized demand letter
- Process your one-time payment
- Email you a copy of your letter, if you provide an email address
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not send promotional emails.
3. Session-only processing
Last Check GPT has no user accounts. Your form answers are held in your browser session and processed to create your letter. We do not maintain a database of your letters or your personal employment details.
4. Who processes your information
We share your information only with the service providers needed to operate:
- Payment processing — Stripe, to charge the one-time fee.
- AI letter generation — after payment, your form details are sent to an AI provider solely to generate your final letter.
- Email delivery — if you provide an email address, it is used by our email provider to send your letter copy.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
5. AI processing disclosure
The final version of your letter is generated with the help of an artificial intelligence service. This happens only after payment, and your form details are sent to that service for the single purpose of producing your letter.
6. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. Only storage strictly necessary to run the Service (such as holding your in-progress form in your browser session) is used.
7. Data retention and security
Because processing is session-based, we retain minimal data. Payment records are retained by our payment processor as required by law. If you provided an email address, it is retained only as needed to deliver your letter copy and maintain delivery records. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we hold so little, most requests can be handled quickly — email support@lastcheckgpt.com and we will respond.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+) dealing with employment matters. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
