Last Check GPT ("we," "us," or the "Service") is a self-help document-preparation tool. Based on the information you provide, it generates a formal demand letter requesting payment of final wages, referencing state-specific final-pay rules to the best of our records. The Service produces a document for you to review and send yourself; we do not send anything on your behalf to your employer.

Last Check GPT is not a law firm, is not licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction, and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service. We do not review your specific situation, evaluate the merits of your claim, or represent you in any capacity.

Nothing on this website or in any generated letter constitutes legal advice. If you have questions about your legal rights, the strength of your claim, or a dispute with an employer, you should consult a licensed attorney in your state or contact your state labor agency directly.

We do not guarantee that any employer will respond to, act upon, or pay wages as a result of a letter generated by the Service. Outcomes depend entirely on your employer, the facts of your situation, and applicable law. Any testimonials on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

Letters are generated from the facts you enter. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information you provide and for the decision to send the final letter. Review the letter carefully before sending it. You are also responsible for verifying deadlines, amounts, and agency contact details referenced in your letter.

Final-pay deadlines, penalty figures, and agency information referenced by the Service reflect our best records at the time of generation and may be incomplete or may have changed. Always verify current rules with your state labor agency — a link is provided with each letter.

You agree to use the Service only for genuine wage disputes based on truthful information. You may not use the Service to make false claims, to harass or threaten any person, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.

The Service charges a one-time fee to unlock your generated letter as a downloadable PDF. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store your card details. Because delivery is instant and digital, purchases are generally final. If your letter fails to generate or download after a successful payment, contact us at support@lastcheckgpt.com and we will make it right, including by refund where appropriate.

The letter generated for you is yours to use, send, and keep. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, text, and software.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAST CHECK GPT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST WAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY LETTER IT GENERATES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Last Check GPT and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any false or unlawful content you submit.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
